ISC - Indian School of Commerce’s Code of Business Ethics (the “Code”) is intended to express our ethical principles and describes the expectations we have and the standards and behaviours that govern our business dealings and interactions with others.
As such, the Code describes our character as a company and as employees of ISC. The Code represents our commitment to ethical administration of ISC and its subsidiaries. Our leaders and employees are dedicated to the Code and its principles. While the Code does not address all situations that we may encounter, it serves as a resource and a guide.
ISC strives to maintain ethical standards and responsible business conduct. If you suspect illegal, unethical or unsafe behaviour, you can communicate these events to us anonymously.
Complaints will be dealt with in a confidential manner that is respectful to the student. Reasonable steps will be taken to protect personal information of the student, unauthorised access, use, disclosure or any other misuse during the complaint handling process.
If the complaint is not handled to your satisfaction, you can then have the option to escalate the complaint to ACCA. If you have exhausted both the complaints process and ACCA’s, then you can escalate to the appropriate regulator. Details of which can be found on the ACCA website at the following link: https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/footertoolbar/contact-us/connect/unhappy.html
